We support the provisional or final handover of common areas. We review visible workmanship, finishes and technical issues, and record findings clearly. We have previously worked with co-ownership associations of more than 100 residential units.

Works handover for a co-ownership association

During the handover of completed works or while construction is in progress, we support the co-owners’ association and property manager with a technical inspection. We assess workmanship and pay particular attention to overall building safety, including fire safety, fire compartmentation, safe and sufficiently accessible escape routes, and fall protection. Afterwards, we provide a structured report setting out findings, points requiring attention, recommended actions and conclusions. These safety matters are always part of our assessment at provisional and final handovers.
