With nearly 14 years of professional experience in construction, Arthur combines a strong academic background with practical knowledge of design, site execution, handovers and technical aftercare.
He began his career in 2012 as an engineer-architect at an architectural practice. He subsequently spent five years as a site manager and construction planning engineer with a major class 8 contractor, gaining experience in project preparation, organisation and technical execution.
He then spent almost six years with another major class 8 contractor, first as a technical-commercial adviser and later as Head of Aftercare. His responsibilities included technical project follow-up, assessing defects and managing handover and aftercare cases.
From site experience to independent expertise
In January 2025, Arthur founded HEXA Experts to offer his technical knowledge and practical experience independently to private clients, property managers, co-ownership associations and professional customers.
HEXA Experts specialises in assistance with provisional and final handovers, technical building assessments, damage investigations and building inspections.
Our added value is an understanding of the entire construction process: from design and execution to handover and aftercare. This enables us to assess technical issues thoroughly, investigate potential causes and translate our findings into clear advice and substantiated reports.
